With vaccinations well underway and accelerating,
the path back to work is clearing – or more accurately,
multiple paths. But It’s very unlikely working conditions
will simply revert to what they were before. Changes made
out of necessity will stick, mesh and further evolve.
For the near term, it appears there will be three basic
possibilities: Remote work, at least partial re-entry to office work,
or a full career relaunch for those with extended employment
gaps. Each of these has also evolved in the wake of the
shutdown, so in this presentation will help you catch up
on pitfalls to avoid and the prep needed to handle to
handle some changes so you can get beyond Covid.
