Can I check out the group before joining and how do I join?

Marin Professionals holds a regular weekly Monday morning meeting from 10:00 to Noon (except on holidays) and you are welcome to attend a couple of meetings before attending our free 5 Day Workshop which is at the core of our program. It is developed to teach valuable job-seeking skills with a ready-made support group. Full membership is granted upon completion of the workshop.

I have been out of work for a long time and do not know the steps I need to take to start on my job search.

Marin Professionals is a For-Purpose, Non-Profit organization supporting job-seeking professionals who are navigating career transitions and pursuing steady employment. As mentioned above the 5 day workshop is designed to teach valuable job-seeking skills with a ready-made support group. 5 Day Workshops are held bi-monthly, in January, March, May, July, September, and November.

Aside from the 5-day workshop, do you offer additional seminars so that I can keep learning and growing?

We also offer other low-cost workshops to spotlight specific skills related to career placement and advancement. The topics include such areas as LinkedIn, Bio writing and resume review by a qualified HR representative.
