For the first time in history, our workforce is
made up of four different generations. And – along
with standard English – each has its own lingo, serving
as shorthand for hyper-fast communication as well as
a secret handshake shared among generation members.
All this mixing and matching in the workplace has resulted
in mash-ups, rapidly converting today’s code words into
everyday parlance by tomorrow – literally. By catching up,
