ABOUT  Patrick Reilly: 

Patrick is the President of Resources in Action, Inc. and has been coaching executives for 25 years. His coaching career began when a consulting client asked him to provide some leadership coaching. He soon realized that he was adept at helping people leverage their strengths. 

Patrick has B.A. in Psychology from Tufts University, M.S. in Organizational Development from the JFK School of Management and Certified Master Business Coach through Leadership University.

 He is the co-author of Managing Up with and a contributing author to a book on women in leadership entitled “Taking the Stage- Breakthrough Stories from Women Leaders”
