ABOUT: Janice Niederhofer is the innovative Founder and CEO of Undercover Rose, Inc. and Founder/Board chair of nonprofit organization Humankind Alliance. She is a powerhouse talent with bachelor’s degrees in Psychology and Criminal Justice and a master’s degree in Forensic Psychophysiology
She began a distinguished law enforcement career as an officer with two police departments, then served 21-years as a Special Agent with the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA). She was the first female SWAT team member, first female hostage negotiator, the first female narcotics detective, and the first female to be assigned to numerous specialized details previously only offered to men.
