SUMMARY: Learn how to use Google Drive (Docs, Sheets, and Presentation) to collaborate and share your work with colleagues. Google Drive lives in the cloud, not on your computer, so instead of emailing a Word doc back and forth, you work on the same document with others, even at the same time. Please bring laptops. This is a hands-on workshop.John Byrne Barry, a Marin Pros alumnus, has been a writer and designer for decades, working on websites, reports, magazines, advice columns, and a play. He’s even written for a seed catalog. He’s led hundreds of trainings on using web tools — in person, on the phone, and online. He’s the author of two novels — Wasted: Murder in the Recycle Berkeley Yard and Bones in the Wash: Politics is Tough. Family is Tougher. He also leads bicycle tours in San Francisco.
